Tania has been able to help us in the facilitation of a full day session on our new safety policies and with a presentation on practical performance management for our Supervisors.

We wanted someone with a lot of experience who could educate our Supervisors and answer all their questions. Tania did that for us. The material that Tania presented was not straight off the shelf, Tania spent time with us to work out what we were trying to achieve and designed the presentations and sessions specifically for us.

It became clear when we were planning our presentations with Tania that she knows a lot about organisational theories and approaches but she is able to talk about them without sounding too technical. Our supervisors seem to respond better to training that is practical and that includes real life examples and situations.
